Delete Your Best Up Account

You can permanently delete your Best Up account from the mobile app. Open Profile, select Delete account, and confirm the deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email team@bestuplist.com from the address associated with your account and request account deletion. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Deleting the account removes the user's authentication account and deactivates their Best Up profile. A dealership may retain business records it controls, such as historical queue activity and reports, where needed for legitimate business or legal purposes.
