Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how you pay for Best Up, how to cancel, and when refunds apply. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Price

Best Up costs $199 per month per store, in US dollars (USD).
Each store gets unlimited reps.

Billing

We bill monthly through Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically each month.
It keeps renewing until you cancel.

No contract

There is no contract. You can cancel anytime.

How to cancel

Email team@bestuplist.com and tell us which store you want to cancel.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be billed again after that.

Refunds

We do not give refunds for partial months.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
