Effective date: October 24, 2026
These terms are the rules for using Best Up. By signing up for or using Best Up, you agree to them. If you sign up for a dealership, you confirm that you can agree for that dealership. In these terms, "you" means that dealership and its users.
1. Who runs Best Up
Best Up is run by Kai Ishii, a sole proprietor in Florida, USA. In these terms, "Best Up," "we," and "us" mean Kai Ishii.
2. What Best Up does
Best Up is a digital up system for car dealerships. It keeps a live, shared queue of sales reps, so everyone knows who helps the next customer. It also covers rep availability, visit outcomes, reports, activity logs, and team messaging. Best Up works on the web and in our iPhone, iPad, and Android apps. We may improve or change Best Up over time. We will not take away its core features during a paid subscription without telling you first.
3. Accounts

- We bill monthly through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Prices do not include taxes. You pay any taxes that apply.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice before we change the price. A new price starts at your next renewal.
